Dark-haired, wide-eyed, girlish American actress, the sister of Mia Farrow, and daughter of actress Maureen O'Sullivan and director John Farrow. Born Theresa Farrow, her disappointingly few films include Homer (1970), And Hope to Die (1972), Some Call It Loving (1973), Only God Knows (1974), Strange Shadows in an Empty Room/Magnum Special for Tony Saitta (1976), Fingers (1978), Manhattan (1979), Winter Kills (1979), the TV movie The Ordeal of Patty Hearst (1979), The Last Hunter (1980) and The Grim Reaper (1980), her last. Thrice married and divorced, she later took up a career in nursing. She died from cardiopulmonary disease.
